If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your appointment without providing notice of cancellation, we charge 100% of the scheduled service. If you need to cancel an appointment for Monday, please let us know before 5 p.m. on Friday. For certain services, such as wedding packages, we require more advance notice for cancellations.
If you are running late for your appointment, we may need to reduce the time of the appointment or refuse service if the technician cannot adapt to the scheduled time. If your appointment is canceled due to a delay, you will be charged the full price of the missed appointment.
